APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS

At Divine Skin Care, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your co-operation in adhering to our booking policy. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $20 is required to booked any services. This will be deducted from the appointment cost.

CANCELLATIONS

All appointments can be re-schedule 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made the day of the scheduled will results in the loss of your deposit. Appointments may only be rescheduled twice. Reschedules must be made for current availability (within 6 weeks) or your deposit will be forfeited.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Missed appointment where no notice is given not only effects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.

REFUNDS POLICY

Divine Skin Care does not provide refunds for services provided. In specific circumstances we will issue a credit toward any other service with us.

CHILD POLICY

Please make proper arrangements for childcare during your visit. Beauty That’s Me Esthetics Studio does not permit any child under the age of 10 in the studio. We love your children, but we value your relaxation and experience with us as well.
